Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable) :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

30-day risk free trial (applicable only for high fall hemp products) :

Shopcannabio knows the importance of gaining your trust and that’s why we offer our customers our CBD brands with a 30-day risk-free trial. If you don’t like it, you can return your product within 30 days for a full refund.  The 30-day trial is available for first-time purchasers for one product only, and the 30 days begin once you’ve received your product in the mail. You’ll need to email our support team and wait up to 2 days for them to reply with additional information. Once approved, your refund may take 5 to 7 business days to post to your account.

If it’s not your first-time purchase, shopcannabio still accepts returns for any product that arrives defective or with another issue. You can request a return by emailing our support team.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We ship actually only inside USA, the shipping is free and delivery time is about 2-3 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange or return for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the address that we will provide you.

The return shipping costs is free.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For any return, it’s your responsibility to print the label, to paste it and make one copy inside the package and drop the item at the post office (USPS or UPS).
